Browse the full Apex catalog from a one hour discovery flight to a Phenom 100EV type rating. Every program lists its total hours, the aircraft you will fly, what is included and what you need before you start, so you can compare before you talk to anyone.
Pick the line that sounds like you. We will filter the catalog to the programs that fit and show where each one leads.
The catalog is organized into nine tracks. This is what each one is, who it fits and how long it usually takes.
Each rating builds on the one before it. The table pulls live prices and hours from the catalog above, so it always matches what you see in the cards.
| Goal | Program | Typical time | Total hours | Package price |
|---|
Times assume steady weekly flying. Weather, aircraft availability and how often you fly all move the real number. Prices are package prices and do not include costs listed under "Not included" in each program.
Apex is a dual academy. Both routes lead to the same FAA certificate. They differ in structure, minimum hours and how flexible your schedule can be.
Minimum hours for each certificate are set in 14 CFR Part 61 and in the Part 141 appendices. Your admissions advisor will show you the exact numbers for the program you choose.
Not sure a package fits? Add aircraft and hours to see what the same training costs at published hourly rates. Compare the total with a package to see the difference. The instructor rate is yours to set, because it varies by instructor.
This is an estimate for planning, not a quote. Flight time, ground instruction, exam fees and materials are billed as listed in your enrollment agreement.
Tell us what you want to fly and we will map the shortest route to it.
