BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Do I need any experience for a discovery flight?

No. Anyone can take one. Our instructors assume you have never been in a small airplane.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, set by the aircraft. Tell us your weight when you book so we can plan the load. We handle it privately.

Can I bring family?

Up to two guests can ride along. They sit in the back and have a great view.

How do I rent an aircraft?

You need a current certificate, a medical and a checkout with an Apex instructor. See the policies page for requirements by aircraft and membership level.

Where is the student portal?

Open the menu and choose Student Portal. Students sign in with the access code given at orientation.

Who do I call about an emergency or an incident?

Emergency numbers and after-hours contacts are posted in the student portal. For life threatening emergencies call 911.
